Built by Veterans. Designed for Well-being.
Founded by two retired Army colonels, Yo-G.I. helps veterans, service members, and families build resilience, movement, and connection through mindful practice.
OUR STORY
Built from Service. Created for Community.
Yo-G.I. grew from a simple belief: the military community deserves practical spaces to strengthen body, mind, and connection. After decades of service, leadership, coaching, and personal practice, we created Yo-G.I. to make yoga and mindful movement accessible, welcoming, and useful for everyday resilience.
“Service teaches strength. Recovery sustains it.”
